General presentation

Thank you for your interest in submitting a paper to MJSS. You can find general information about the process on this page.

Manuscripts should be presented concisely and clearly in English or Italian. Title and abstract should therefore be written in English. Introductory material, including a review of the literature, should not exceed what is necessary to indicate the reason for the work and the essential background.  Papers should be prepared with Microsoft Word in .doc. Manuscripts should be included the name and email address of the corresponding author.

Online submission

Registration and login are required to submit papers online. Papers must be 8.000 words maximum, (3000-6000 are preferred) written in English or Italian and have to be sent via online submission.

Paper Selection and Publication Process

The Journal aims at rapid publication of research results and maintaining double-blind system for peer-review; the reviewers’ identities remain anonymous to authors. The review process may take 2-3 weeks. If due to special circumstance the review process takes longer, authors will be notified by email. Manuscripts with significant results will be reviewed and published at the highest priority and speed. Poorly prepared and unnecessarily lengthy manuscripts have less chance of being accepted.

Publication fee

The Journal apply a fee of Eur 150 for each accepted paper including shipping for two original hard copies to the corresponding author. For more copies of the journal please contact the editor. Each extra copy will be charged € 15 or $ 20. You can choose to pay the fee through Paypal, Credit Card or Bank Transfer. If in your country these methods are impossible we can accept Western Union or Money Gram.  Please contact the editor for the payment through Western Union or Money Gram.
