Cancellation and refund policy
Authors registered in the 5th ICHSS conference can ask the refund if they want to be cancelled from the event. All cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted to ICHSS in writing via email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
Cancellations received within 10 days of registration may be eligible to receive a 50% refund less bank charges.
Cancellation received after 10 days of registration will not be eligible for a refund.
There will be NO refunds made for cancellations after September 10, 2015.
All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.
