About MCSER
MCSER is an independent organization delivering supports and services to education and research in Italy and the world. Mediterranean Center of Social and Eductional Research is established in 2010 in Rome. In partnership with universities, community organizations, public agencies, enterprises and other research institutes, MCSER offers a variety of programs to support and promote social and education development, international cooperation, including educational programs for students and international education projects, as well as scientific publication and organization of international conferences. In 2010 MCSER has been founded by a group of researchers within Sapienza Univesity and journlas for the first 2 years was published in collaboration with Sapienza and CEMAS. From 2013 MCSER has been transfered in a new office in Corso Vittorio Emmanuele (Rome), Italy and journals are published only from MCSER. From January 2015 MCSER address is Piazzale Aldo Moro 5, 00183, Rome, Italy. We have published a number of special editions with many universities in the World and also MCSER has been partner in many international conferences organised by research centers and universities. From January 2017 to September 2019 all journals published by MCSER were published by Sciendo-DeGruyter. The board decided to give another focus to MCSER and accepted the offer of Richtmann Publishing for selling the journals. MCSER will continue to give the contribution in the scientific community with the organisation of international conferences and participation in scientific projects.
