Mission
This 2nd ICISS conference provides a platform for academics, practitioners, consultants, scholars, researchers and policy makers, with different backgrounds and experiences, to present their papers and to share their valuable experiences, new ideas and research results with each other, together with discussing any practical challenges encountered and/or the solutions adopted during their work. ICISS 2018 is the premier forum for the presentation of new trends, advances and research results in the fields of Social Sciences. It will bring together leading academics, scientists and researchers from around the world.
Topics
The 2nd ICISS 2018 encourage submissions within interdisciplinary social science studies and across a variety of related disciplines and fields. Papers may address, but are not restricted to, the main theme from any of the following topics. Unlisted but related topics and sub-topics are also acceptable:

Types of presentations
The ICISS 2018 conference will be held with participations "in person" or "virtually" by poster or videoconference:
1- In person
You may submit your proposal to the Conference Committee for presentation in person. The committee will decide if your presentation will be with poster or PowerPoint presentation. If you will present with poster you should print the poster by yourself in the format 50x70 cm.
2- Virtual Presentation
If you choose to participate through virtual presentation, your presence is not required. You can send your presentation by poster (in pdf format) or send your presentation through videoconference. Your presentation by poster or videoconference will be uploaded in the conference website. All materials in this case (certificate and proceedings) will be sent by poste in your address.
Please download on the website the poster form, fill it and send by email to conference@iciss2018.org
All papers accepted for presentation through "In person", "Videoconference" or "Poster" will be published in Book of Proceedings (ISBN) and in Academic Journals (ISSN)
Registration Fee
Registration fee includes participation in the conference, publication of the contribution in proceedings and journal (online), certificate, conference accessories, lunch and coffee breaks. The book of abstract and certificate will be in hard copy. With additional fee you can request also proceedings and journal printed. We provide free shipping for the hard copies.

Submission Guidelines
If you wish to participate at 2nd ICISS Florence 2018, please submit your proposal by email only to:
conference@iciss2018.org Proposals should include:
• title of paper
• authors' names
• affiliations and email
• abstract with 150-250 words.
Each proposal submitted will be reviewed by members of the Scientific Committee of the Conference.
In case of Acceptance, your abstract will be published in book of proceedings with ISBN.
You may send also the full paper if you need the proceedings with full papers. Take into consideration that the full paper should not exceed 10 pages. Full papers should be sent before April 30, 2018.
